Peko did not start in a boardroom. It started on a gym floor.

It started with a personal trainer doing the work — the sessions, the diet charts, the check-ins, the late-night messages — and realising that almost none of it was written down anywhere that lasted.

A client would ask, "How much have I lost since I started?" and the answer was somewhere in a WhatsApp chat from four months ago. A diet chart was a photo, sent again every time it was lost. The payment for a PT package was a UPI screenshot. The work was real; the record of it was not.

"I know the work I did. But where is the record?"

On the other side of the same gym was the owner, with a different version of the same problem. Everyone was busy. Nobody was lying. But the owner could not see what was actually happening — who opened the gym, which enquiries were followed up, which trainer was training whom, why a renewal did not happen, and where the month's money was.
