# Peko

> Peko is a gym management app for Indian gyms and personal trainers: enquiries, memberships, payments, PT sessions, workout and diet plans, and a client app — one app, with a view for the owner, manager, front desk, trainers and clients.

- One app for five roles: owner, branch manager, front desk, trainer and member. Each role sees only its own part.
- Runs on Android and iPhone.
- Each gym is isolated from every other gym at the database level, and each role sees only its own part.
- Peko records payments (cash, UPI, card, bank transfer); it never processes or holds money and never collects card, UPI or bank details.
- Front desk: a calling list for dues, renewals and enquiries; the best hour to ring from the gym's own answered calls; walk-in enquiries with a walk-in trial question; a per-branch enquiry link and QR code; birthday and anniversary wishes; a day report to the owner on WhatsApp.
- Payments: full or part payments, who collected the money, WhatsApp receipts; the desk can give up to ₹1,000 off, larger discounts need the owner or branch manager to approve.
- Memberships: plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, PT packages), members owing, ending soon and plan over; member list import from a CSV (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Trainers: sessions, attendance, schedule, workout builder with templates, diet plans with Indian foods and food rules (vegetarian days, allergies), plans around injuries and conditions, their own exercise demo videos.
- Members: their own app with today's workout, diet plan and water, weight journey, measurements, progress photos side by side, streaks and gym notices.
- Live on the phone: a workout's rest countdown and a trainer's session run on the iPhone Dynamic Island and Lock Screen, and as a live notification on Android — the next set can be started without unlocking the phone.
- Staff: check-in with a photo at the start of a shift, shifts, leave requests, opening and closing photos, equipment and incident reports. Staff who are removed lose access immediately.
- Owner: every branch or one at a time, live PT sessions, who has not arrived, collections, dues, joinings and renewals by day, week, month, quarter or year; business and client progress reports as PDFs.
- Plans, per month, excluding 18% GST: Freelancer (One trainer, Up to 20 active PT clients) — ₹999 plus GST, ₹1,179 payable; Freelancer Pro (One trainer, a full book, Up to 60 active PT clients) — ₹1,999 plus GST, ₹2,359 payable; Gym (One branch, Up to 70 active PT clients) — ₹2,499 plus GST, ₹2,949 payable. Each additional branch ₹1,499 plus GST (₹1,769 payable). Enterprise, for more than 70 active PT clients in a branch, is quoted per gym. Limits count active personal-training clients, not gym members. A year paid up front costs 10 months rather than 12. There is a free trial; its length is agreed on the call.
